What do you mean "were" - this year's increments haven't come in yet....

Increments at JSA were really good. I am an A3 and have made more than 10 lacs over and above my salary and bonus for the last financial year. We at JSA get 8% of the total billing which is so cool and this gives everyone an opportunity to work more to earn more.
