I am not saying that you alone do it. Other firms do it too. But those firms dont call themselves T1, or one of the best firms in the country and what not. Dont do that please. If you are cheap - own it.

I understand the old legally India was a news website, and needed to censor names or information. Does the same requirement need to be maintained even now under the new guise? Can names (if mentioned in the comments) not be censored?

A completely broken HR! I firmly believed in the 'HR Partner' (Mumbai, finance wizard). I thought she was fair.
Can the HR lead not remind the partners that the associates killed themselves working and recovering 4X their salaries?
They worked like stenos, recovery agents!
While certain EPs were busy taking 'TRIPS', Associates were killing themselves.
JSA hasn't paid out bonuses. It's so sad that in order to save some money, they are delaying the bonuses as much as possible.
Even arrears. There are so many people who have left and are still following up on their full and final settlement. They were told arrears will kick in soon.

My friend told me that she got on a call with her and discussed why she deserved to get her bonus and Dina supported her.
Last year was very difficult. I am sure EPs would want to forget how bad it was for associates. But we stood up and we fought and held the fort for them.
We may have quit now (7-8 months into the next financial year) but we do deserve our bonuses and arrears.
What's the point of creating a JSA alumni platform when people are treated like this?
They dont serve clients, they serve their own best interest. Creating inhuman environment for associates and masking it as "incapability, lack of focus/ due diligence" on part of the associate has become a daily routine at JSA. They pretend to be nice and caring but dont even give you enough time to eat or sleep. Expecting that the associate will turn around a document over the night is really not a big expectation but God forbid if that associate asks for a raise or promotion these MFs line up with their defence strategy like Pakistan is about to attack India.
I hope all you EPs/ RPs reading this enjoy getting your tiny lill 'ego' stroked after all what you dont realise is all your life you have been a nerd and this is your time to shine because outside of your tiny little office nobody gives a rat's ass about who you are. You are as insignificant as the skid mark in my toilet - Nobody will remember you or your work, you are ugly to look at and definitely annoying af. I wonder how the Bombay EPs feel to be left out of administration completely. My EP openly says the JMP are jokers, good to know this sentiment is echoed across offices.
A3s at JSA have the same retainer amount as fresh out of college kids at Trilegal and other firms.
The biggest reason JSA doesn't go to NLUs for placements anymore is because they get laughed out of the room when they say starting pay is 80k a month. A full 60 thousand less than actual law firms. JSA is a sweat shop masquerading as a law firm. Then they wonder why they can't retain talent and have to fill up their seats with Tier 2 rejects.
