Prepare your CV. They won't go beyond that.

1. Difference between Public and private company
2. Difference between shares and debentures
3. Difference between mergers and acquisitions
4. Who are financial creditors, operational creditors
5. Name the clauses of an MOA
6. Difference between pledge and bailment
Clarify your basic concepts and you should be good. The interviewers only want to gauge if you'll be able to understand the work which will be assigned the you in the internship.
