No, working hard does not equate a ppo, it is honestly based on luck along with hard work. Depends on vacancy, partner etc.
Go away irritating nuisancel.peopl like you dont mention anything for "help" , just here to prevent OP from getting real advice.
Care to elaborate? How was the firm toxic to you as an intern and does every firm give a ppo to every hard working and good intern?
Internships are given basis the scores, batch rank, work done in previous internships, moots, etc. Not by bribing anyone, it is simple to get an internship there if you match all these criteria. Let's not focus on spreading unnecessary things to young law aspirants.
Aware of the toxicity - but if they don't give two hoots about how hard one has worked, how do they offer call backs and PPOs?
I would seriously discourage anyone from interning there, especially the Mumbai offices. The work culture is toxic, and no one really cares how hard or well you work during the internship. Look into other opportunities!
