Please help me out with a simple issue I'm facing. When I jump ships from a Tier 2 corporate practice of a firm widely known for other practice areas would Tier 1s or other good boutique corporate firms discard my experience?
No experience is ever discarded. However you should jump when you are interested in enhancing or learning something new or are in need of better remuneration. If you jump with the intention of a future jump to tier 1 you are only setting up a failure in the making.
