If you are not hell bent on getting vac schemes or TCs only then I'd suggest getting some law firm experience in India. Making an SA in a tier 1 law firm pushes the application a lot.
I've heard magic circle firms are very grade-centric, and of course moots and publications help. A guy from Symbi who got a vac scheme also had very good grades and several publications and moot participations.
Is it game over if we are not from the top 4-5 NLUs, have no reputed publications and moots and average grades, or should I still try? Are there any must haves, for example International moots/publications/exchange semesters/ international internships? Pls guide me sir/ma'am, London is my dream but a very far fetched one to be honest.
