Retired SC Judges- lowest I have seen is 12 lakhs per day in an ad hoc arbitration
Replying to 1.1.1. You can choose to not believe. But that's what I have seen! 6 lakhs per session and 2 sessions in a day makes it 12lakhs for a day!
what if the person is not a judge, then what are the career prospects to become arbitrator. I have interest in ADR, but I didnt know itna paisa hai isme. also i would be graduate soon so what would be my prospects if i want to become arbitrator.
How does one go about becoming a mediator? I have done a few mediator specific courses but haven't done internships or gotten any certifications, so I don't know how one becomes a mediator. If I wanted to make a career switch from becoming an associate in a Tier I / II corporate law firm to a full-time mediator, how do I go about becoming one and where do I start? Thank you in advance.
I make 4 lakh per month.
I am ha doing 4 cases at a time.
Quite a enjoyable stuff
