I am in final year and interning with TMT team at a tier -1 law firm. I want to initiate a conversation with my mentor and other members of the team for PPO / callback opportunity. I am really confused as to how I should pitch in.
Just be straightforward and tell them that you really liked working with them and that you'd like to join their team on a full-term basis if they liked your work. Nothing else might help you here except being direct.
