We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

As part of my assessment internship, I have been asked to take a term sheet assignment wherein I need to identify the faulty clauses etc. Any tips on how to ace the same? Any tricks, reading materials would be of great help
This is the OP here. Please let me know if anyone of you would have a sample term sheet review (party names can be redacted of course). It would help me get a basic idea of how to go about the assignment. My email id is nsacrypto001@gmail.com.
