I would suggest not going with Asus because of the low quality parts used.
The other laptop I would advice is Realme book with similar specs except that it does not have an Anti-glare display but has a 2k resolution. It also has type-c charging and a metal unibody. Also the speakers are tuned by Harmon and are of 2w so better than other laptops in similar price range. For me the only con in this laptop is the lack of anti-glare display which acts as a huge deal-breaker. It is also priced at 45k.
If you don't want to spend more than 40k try claiming GST ITC from someone in your family which will result in a straight 18percent price drop.
Although if you could expand your budget I would suggest the Mi notebook pro just launched at 57k, which has everything you could ever ask for. But is is only for very light gaming. It also comes pre-bundled with Microsoft office 2019 lifetime license.
It'll run you:
Fifa 20 at 60 fps.
Valo at 60 fps.
CS at 100+ fps
PES 20 at 60 fps
Other pre 2014 AAA titles at 60ish FPS at very playable loading times.
Best bang for buck.
Look for its modern equivalent in the updated Ryzen series. Won't be a point in buying 2 yr+ tech at the same price point.
But other than that, assuming you're working. I'd recommend i5 or an equivalent AMD Chip. AMD is better and cheaper imo.
Next RAM min of 8GB should be fine.
