Also, I've watched fiddler on the roof and trust me, flag road is much closer to the creepy sexualised fiddler (constantly horny dudes) than it is to anything you've copy pasted above.

Perhaps a little too early to declare that the magazine won't match the levels of PNJ, isn't it?

PNJ had great stuff but it was also written mostly by the senior-most batch on campus who enjoyed the benefits of being generally better with prose and campus-happenings due to their age/time spent on campus.

The current magazine is largely a project of Nalsar's youngest batches- they haven't even been inside the campus. Most of the articles have been authored by them. It's a good start and let's hope they progress along the path of other famous college magazines and contribute to the discourse in their own way.

It's pretty crass to allege plagiarism. What "sections" have they stolen from PNJ?

It's weird that you've only seen "constantly horny dudes" on Flag Road. In my time at the college, the place was usually a haunt for couples. Very few single people would be present there after dinner.

But I suspect you wouldn't have satisfactory answers to any of this. Your comment just looks like some bitter attempt at coming up with some kind of hit-piece.

everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so are you, respect that. but why does everything has to be compared to or pitted against other ongoing/older initiatives. all can have different kinds of creative intent, utility, audience, and content. i have no stakes in this personally but never got this fixation with not being comparable to x or y. and what other sections is a college magazine supposed to have that you suggest they copied some genius concept of 'sections' from other students?

Your sole argument first was about the name's UD meaning being lewd. Hi Y/A also used a UB definition. If that is bad, so is your feedback. Try to visit Flag Road when the sun shines, you might see something better. If you see constantly horny dudes on Flag Road . . . can't help you.

Have you read the mags published by all the law schools? Isn't a part of your education supposed to teach you not to engage in random hyperbole?
p.s. I find a certain 'underground FB page' that used to be run by NALSAR students to have much better content than this mag, but that's just a personal opinion.

The web-page design of the magazine is pretty. Very nice colours. I saw some very nice art-work and poetry as well.

However, it'd do their project well to use a solid board of editors and to use them liberally.

Some of their write-ups seem to adhere more to a level of "creative writing" that's considered good prose at a high-school level, rather than something that suits a college magazine.
