I have noticed that the law firm rankings are basically based on salary. A lot of people are okay with earning 1-2 L less if the firm is better in other aspects like WLB, nature of work, associate training programme, location etc
Could we measure in these factors as well and create a law firm ranking? Encouraging such rankings might also encourage law firms to notice these factors
Law firms don't change the world or advance humanity, they churn out documents to make some rich privileged people get richer. Other than money law firms have no real attraction.
Please add the criteria of "Respect to retainers , their lives and their families" in list of criteria. Please put CAM at bottom of that tier list based on last year's 6 months sal cut and demand for physical office despite announcing in media about "talent" attraction through permanent WFH model
Interesting OP. Those who are feeling bored by the LI interesting comments from the nlu student and non nlu students about the university, can comment in it without having apprehension of 'pure subjective matter ' .In fact it will show the general perception .Strictly even sports data can not be purely objective since hundreds other factors are involved but still we maintain average of players.
