Honestly there's no such firm with sensible, non toxic approach to work and a survivable work culture. Occasionally you'll see a good old school partner with life apart from work, but that's a dying breed. Anyway, try your luck at very old school firms like MHCO and Malvi Ranchoddas

Any Bombay litigation firms which are known for sensible, non toxic approach to work and a survivable work culture which an A3 can apply to ? Have applied at ton of places (Argus, Hariani, Jayakar, Rajani, M.V. Kini, WG, Kanga, Dua, Tatva, Oasis, ELP) in the last 2 months and none have replied. I would like to think I have decent experience and skills in commercial litigation? What's the deal ? Since I can see Bombay firms have decent work flow now.
