I'm considering a move to a more commercial disputes oriented practice.

I have been looking for good disputes team in Bangalore that pay relatively well. How are the relatively well known firms doing in Bangalore? i.e Samvad, Argus etc. Can anyone also give insights on the work culture and pay at Poovayya & Co?
