- Embargo on raw materials needed to make vaccines. Reluctant to support a global patent waiver. Basically couldn't care less if people in poor countries die.

-Gives a red carpet invitation to the Taliban to take over Afghanistan and openly says in an interview that the rights of women in Afghanistan cannot be a concern to the US. Also says that some countries may not be "culturally" right for democracy. 🙄
