Could someone please tell me the procedure to change one's enrollment from one bar council to another. Specifically from Delhi to another state. I've emailed BCD but to no avail. Rule 123 of the Rules of Bar Council of Delhi take about transfer but does not detail the procedure.

Would be great if someone can help me out with this.
