you can send polite reminders. sadly this is the issue with some places. I also did not get paid for 8 months last year, eventually moved out. I treat it as pichle janam ka due hoga kisiko. recovery suits wagera won't work.

Just do what a lawyer would do. Don't name and shame them, pursue your recovery. If you name them, do it here anonymously so that the future associates are cautious.

Even if there is an arb clause, refuse to appoint an arbitrator... Let it go to Court. The S. 11 is enough to drag their name through the muck in Bombay legal circles.
