Everyday there is someone on Li complaining about the pathetic work life balance, less salary and no option for permanent WFH?

Why not just leave the law firm instead of whining on Li?
It's a valid question, but I hope there's more to life than quitting and leaving at every problem. I enjoy my work at my firm but I have genuine concerns about sustainability and burnout. I know for a fact my firm can continue to make profits while also giving me a better work environment. Ranting on LI tells me I'm not alone, it gives me valuable information on pay structures so I can negotiate a raise, it tells me which firms have better culture, pay, hours etc.

As for you, OP, why not leave LI instead of whining on LI?
Ok Einstein

Stuck
Spent best period of my life doing things nobody gives a $#!t about

In the beginning the pay was enticing
Now its late to restart a career
Salary.

It's easy to leave in first 2 to 3 years. After that you become extremely depended on your high law firm pay.
