If any institution shows 100%, it is either some sleight of hand. There might be privacy concerns, but if you look at say the 40 odd people who probably sat for placements and see if each of them procured a job through their RPC, you are likely to find that is not the case.
But because of in house roles offering lesser sums and with hiring not as great as it was pre covid, placements through the RPC have not been as great as it was a year or two ago.
