100% BS what you are telling. For an elite institution like NIT they are supposed to have hundreds of foreign journals and Books.
Ideally NIT Tiruchirappalli should spend atleast 20+ Crs on thier Library. Law Books are far cheaper than Technology & Engineering Books.
We can only buy some fancy useless Foreign Law Journals (Eg. HLS Print) and few other books which will be on the shelf. Most of th se fancy Foreign Journals may not even be opened once in thier lifetime by an NLU Student. Not so with NIT Students - for them these resources are actually needed.
