Today the University informed students that the "exam will go on as scheduled , in the same mode"

IS THE UGC A JOKE ???? CAN A UNIVERSITY OPENLY DEFY UGC NORMS ??? IF THE UNIVERSITY DOESNT LISTEN TO UGC IMAGINE STUDENTS ???
In one case, the joke is only on the students. In the other case, it is on students and lawyers both. So go figure.
