The amount of hate Sudhir gets on LI is shocking. He by far has the best educational qualifications and international experience of any VC. He is the only VC to have revamped faculty and hired alumni, other than JGLS. Yet all he gets is hate. I am not sure if these are actually students or outsiders who are just trolling.

Who said anything about Law School? That is still intact in Massachusetts. Unless Sudhir concocts a plan to ship it to Nagarbhavi, there is no "Law School" in India. The fact that you even called it that shows no class but bombast.
Funny you use Tendulkar's example. He was a cricketer who didn't care about the team, was a match-drainer, was no fun to watch, not as explosive as Sehwag, Ganguly or heck Kohli. Other NLU VCs have undertaken alumni outreach activities as well. GNLU had a pan India and overseas alumni connect program in 2019-20 with reunions organised across the country. More power to Sudhir but not every alumni connect move needs an LI thread of its own.
It is very unfortunate that spiteful students of other colleges keep posting such comments on Law School threads on LI. It's got worse after the successes like the NIRF hat trick, alumni faculty joinees and the Karnataka HC judgement saying Law School is special. In contrast, you will never see a single Law School student or alum dissing other colleges here, even though so much can be said about them. This shows true class. It reminds one of how so many mediocre players sledged Sachin Tendulkar. He never replied back. Just kept quiet and made century after century.
