I don't get it. Are you in 12th and wondering how the board exams being cancelled will affect your PPOs or are you in law school and wondering how this will affect you?
If you clear CLAT and get into a good school, and then
If you work hard in class, and
If you intern hard from the get-go, and
If you do some little bit of writing, or mooting, or debating, etc. to build a rounded CV, and
If you also forge meaningful networks with your peers and seniors and teachers, and
If you sit for placements...
You'll get in, irrespective of The Board exams happening or not on time or you scoring 63.2% or 91.8%!
this will impact you badly.
I am sure after 5 years of law school.
The HRs of Law firm will make you sit for the 12th class exam before inducting.
You might have to do a crash course after graduating or else you won't get placement or PPOs

On very optimistic levels, the firms will come up with a "pay per percentage" scale where you will get 1 lakh less for every percentage above 90 that you could not score because you did not sit for the board exam. :(
The Amarchands (CAM and SAM) are likely to follow a more traditional approach where they will hire only science students and leave out the commerce and art students.
But lucky for you, Trilegal hires people even with less than 10 CGPA in Class 10th. So keep your fingers crossed!
