1. Law firms don't do empathy. You'll find none of that at or from a law firm.

2. Law firms are largely recession proof. Most attorneys have been working more and billing more during the pandemic. Hiring continues unabated. This should answer point 3 as well.
Genuine question as a student in the batch of 2022, hiring tangibly sesms to have dropped (or been delayed) but we hear that firms haven't been very affected in terms of the money they're making or workload. Wondering why the drop/delay in hiring then?
2020 batch still mostly escaped the worst of it. It's the '22 batch that has had to bear the most brunt yet, what with many of them not having done any corporate internship till now while they are entering their 5th year.
Nobody stopped 2023 people from learning. They themselves took their decisions to stop doing whatever was necessary and chose whatever was convenient instead. Those who didn't are still in fine shape, even if they are part of the same batch.
What bs.Do u learn anything in isolation? Online classes and online internship? Even the sharpest were stuck due to this mess.Only those with college tag or contacts made it good otherwise most to toil very hard to find substance
you are living under a rock buddy. Go around and see for urself.
Did. Seen the good people still doing well. The ones who aren't should introspect about how they should have worked harder and whined less.
