But in terms of work culture - it's a fantastic place to grow and develop as a litigator. Friendly, sharp and warm people who'll teach you a lot and also become your friends for life.
Pay was decent when I was working there (I subsequently left legal practice). But they hiked it massively a few months back.
Definitely take up the internship. You won't regret it.
P.S I can only speak for the Bangalore office - as that is where I used to work.
Pay is quite average. It is well-known and has good matters as well. Biggest concern was that I did not see any associate or senior associate argue the matters. The only time they made submissions was during routine case management hearings. The partners always made the arguments even in civil courts. I am sure how it is now as I have stopped going to courts.

Jaipur's work culture is shite! Pay is decent by jaipur standards, but they underpay you like most Tier 3 firms.
