Heard JSA has this.

Probably it's something like what many does as traineeships after graduation but before making the person a complete Associate.

This also makes a good reason to pay less?
Junior Associate generally means either-
1.] Person hasn't received sanad yet; or
2.] Person is on probation/traineeship.
This happens at JSA. It's basically a 6-month probation period. The pay is somewhat lower during these 6 months I believe. Those who've interned at the firm for 6-8 months before joining on graduation aren't made to go through this.
Those who intern are also required to go through the JA position for six months
Sounds similar to Spice Route Legal's traineeship?
Spice Route Legal's traineeship is worse because they don't pay you anything during that period.
