We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

Your next natural aspiration for the students of JGU should be the Rhodes Scholarship. Dean Sudarshan and your vice chancellor had the privilege of being Rhodes Scholars at Oxford. Over the last several years, I know professors have been mentoring several of your students and every year, a few of your students across different schools do get shortlisted for the Rhodes interview. I am confident that you will soon have JGU's first Rhodes Scholar.
Congratulations from a fellow law schooler. I am looking forward to teaching at your university soon. Hopefully, Iβll be a witness to the Rhodes scholarship.
An advice from your senior (assuming youβre a current student at JGLS): Let the work speak for itself. They might have free time but you my friend, have an institution to take ahead of where it is now. Avoid seeing the negative comments by not going through LIβs comments section and youβll turn out to be a more positive person. And bud, thereβs anyways no point of doing this, unless and until we get a Rhodes scholar, you already know theyβre gonna come with that. Maybe do better for a couple of more years and then flex?
