As an associate you are expected to work for hundreds of hours without questioning and at the time of increments and bonus payments, firm is taking refuge under CoVID-19 . As if Covid-19 has affected any work load or working hours which continues to be same. AZB failed to provide any increments last FY and think that same is going to happen this year as well, and partners fail to communicate with associates to clear any doubts. This is going to affect PQE of all lawyers across the firm, even if they want to reach out to other firms.
