Got into Jindal (fees isn’t an issue) and i have mh domicile so i have a decent chance at glc , from my research i believe that glc has better overall placement ratios ,however the attendance policy changes in glc are a bit concerning as glc seems to only have the advantage of being a long term paralegal and converting that into a ppo ,however would like an honest review from current students as well as alumni .

Now I feel stuck in a strange gap , too experienced for entry-level roles, but not “experienced enough” for most in-house openings that ask for 2+ years PQE.
For those who’ve been through something similar how did you bridge this stage? Did you move to a law firm first, contract roles, startups, or something else to build qualifying experience? I’m trying to find a practical direction from here.
they have good clientele but they refuse to pay their employees and make them work overtime all the time. minimum work time is 10 hours for 30k in the beginning. it's hellish.

Those who will be hardest hit will probably be upper-middle class general category people. Too rich for EWS quota, but not rich enough to have guaranteed income for life. Ineligible for caste quotas.

Fresher Salary - you can negotiate till 70k, but they will offer around 50-60k
Deal flow - good work if you are interested in the startup ecosystem of Bangalore.
miscellaneous - As an indian lawyer if you wish to move out of this place laterally your experice will 100% be discounted and so keep in mind that all work here is mostly US-based and highly clerical in nature, at least at the fresher level (which is fine, other firms you do DD).
This firm is like .... meh at best.
P.S if you have a personality which if more than saying "yes ma'am", i dont think it will be a good fit.

I feel its the lack of internships, and lack of nlu tag is where I lack but how do i get experience when no one even replies to mails. I am not expecting direct entry in tier 1 firms but I don't have access to small firms in my city and moving to a big city for unpaid internship in a small firm for just 1 month with rent and travel out of my pocket doesn't seem reasonable. There aren't many great remote internships available, most offer content creation, article writing roles, and the ones i do find to be useful and apply to, i don't hear back. Any guidance would be helpful.
