AZB & Partners Delhi corporate partner Abhishek Shinde, who had joined from K Law in 2017, has resigned from the firm and is understood to be in talks with at least one other firm.

He declined to comment when contacted.

We have also reached out to AZB Delhi managing partner Ajay Bahl for comment.

Update 16:43: Bahl said: “Abhishek has moved on for personal reasons. We wish him well and all the very best for his future endeavours.”

Shinde is a 2005 NLSIU Bangalore graduate who had previously been at K Law from 2016, having joined there with fellow co-founding partner of start-up Citius Law Partners, Atish Kumar Vatts.

He had started his career at Trilegal, moved to Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007 for one year, followed by J Sagar Associates (JSA) between 2009 and 2014 and six months at Ranbaxy.
