Increasingly, I have observed so many people with degree from abroad in litigation. They usually get great opportunities as well because of that.

I do not have very good grade, from a maybe tier 2 college (pvt). 7.4/10

If I get clerkship opportunity, which universities (UK US) can I possibly get in, with such grades?

More importantly, how much would an LLM matter for litigation with the changing landscape.

Honestly, though, has the landscape even changed?

Most of these β€œsuper senior”, the famous ones, have had their degrees from abroad. Be it Sibal, Singhvi, or whoever else. And of much before them, all the founding members of India who were lawyer ofc, although out of necessity i guess
foreign llm does not help with litigation

the names you mentioned or people who are doing litigations after llm come from privileged background

i know some will mention a couple of names who are not from that background, but they are exceptions

if your family can afford the money then do the llm but it will be of little use unless you come from that strata of the society
