Please suggest good firms with good pay

Sad part, no IPR firms offer a PPO. Just do one internship at the firm of your choice in your 4th year and ask for an assessment close to the time you are graduating. If they have a vacancy, they'll consider you.

This is followed in almost all IPR firms.
