1) Dhir - Not good for general corporate, its more focused on IBC and Project Finance. Avoid.
2) Samvad - Heavy focus on small ticket PE/VC and less centered towards General Corporate; which is not a very sustainable choice for growth unless you do big ticket work. Avoid.
3) DMD - Top heavy in Tax, Competition, Disputes, White Collar Investigations and Corporate M&A. Rashi's Dhir's team is amazing in the General Corporate front and pays very well since many laterals from Tier 1 law firms have left and now work with DMD. Also fresher pay is 90k fixed in his team.
Therefore, your best choice would no doubt be DMD but the firm is known for a very bad culture and does not really hire frequently at the junior levels.
