My average day at work (keep in mind that SAs and PAs do the bulk of the work, so this might differ for associates).

7:00 AM - wake up and exercise

7:30 AM to 8:30 AM - get ready, reply to emails pertaining to deliverables of the previous night.

9:15 AM - reach office.

9:30 AM (+- 10 minutes) - I start working post drinking my coffee.

2:00 - 2:20 PM - lunch break; then back to work.

5:30 - 5:45 PM - second coffee break, socialise with colleagues from other teams.

9:00 PM - (mostly virtual) meeting with my partner and PA, status update, plan of action for tomorrow.

9:30 PM - 9:45 PM - pack up, leave.

10:30 PM - reach home, eat dinner

11 PM to 1 AM (2 am on a particularly busy day) - read up on documents for tomorrow, look at drafts / advisory from previous transactions and make a written note of things to be done tomorrow. Any time I am done with work by 12 PM I generally watch Netflix or go for a walk in my residential society.
Where do you even work man? My PA comes around 10 and leaves 9:30 PM. My SA comes even earlier and leaves around 9 PM. I will say that my team is busy round the year, so I guess the experience can vary for different teams and not verticals.
07:30 am - wake up, get ready, quick breakfast

10:30 am - reach the office, reply to pending emails/deliverables

2:15 pm - lunch

3pm - resume work

5:30pm - tea/smoke break/water cooler talk

7pm - crunch/friend

9pm - dinner

10pm - review with boss/team

10:30pm-11:30/12 wrap up work, cab home

1230am-2am Netflix and passout

Rinse, repeat.
Surviving on 5.5 hours of sleep on a daily basis? Kind of hard to believe.
yes it is impossible, people like to think they are batman and can survive on 4 power naps a day, but in reality you will pass out like a baby in a fetal position
3:45 to 5 am - wake up on my own

5 - 6 am - Yoga

6-6:30 - Walk

6:30 to 7:30 - Buddhist chanting

7:30 - Bath

7:45 - Breakfast

8-9 : start work & plan the day

9-10: Travel to office

10-11:30 - Socialise

11:30 to 1:30 - Work

1:30 to 2 - Lunch

2 to 4 - Work

One hour of bakar

5-8 - work

8 -9 - travel

9 : Dinner

10 to bed
