Can anyone who has already interned at P&B (preferably assessment internship) tell me what are the chances of converting it into retainership? I have assessment with fintech and corporate team and am confused whether to fo ahead or not..

I had it too with the same team. Towards the end of it (around the end of 7th week) the HR tells me that there is no vacancy. whereas the partner tells me that my work was not up to the mark.

The HR prior to commencing the internship had clearly comminicated to me that there is no vacancy. I went to intern only cause the partner called me for an assessment internship.

For which team? Fintech???
