Insider here. 3+ years, left recently. What do you want to know? Nothing very positive to share. I can summarise by saying that moving to JSA is like going in-house. Sometimes you will have better WLB than a place like Tri legal etc.. but you will be taking a massive paycut. Gurgaon leadership has spent last two years fighting about office space, finances, client referrals, conflict checks etc. Jyoti doesn't intervene anymore so it is a sad mess. Excom is made up of people who are tasked with cutting costs only. Pay scale not changed in 7-8 years so you will be making very less money. They have to resort to hiring poor talent because the good ones have good jobs at better paying firms.

All the things you've read are true. It's become a horrible place to work now. I'm waiting for my first chance to take off. Not worth working here anymore.
