Parinam Law Associates, which had been set up in November of last year by former ALMT Legal-JurisCorp partner Hitesh Jain and ex-J Sagar Associates (JSA) partner Ravichandra Hegde, has promoted two of its co-founding partners to equity partner level, and two to salaried partners.

Following the en masse seven-partner poaching of a corporate-projects Delhi-Mumbai-Bangalore team from HSA Advocates, DSK Legal has now added HSA Delhi and Mumbai-based litigation partner Nand Kishore and his team of four fee-earners.

HSA Advocates senior Delhi corporate partner Aparajit Bhattacharya and senior Mumbai projects partner Anjan Dasgupta have both resigned today, and are understood to be in very advanced discussions to join DSK Legal, according to several sources.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) has launched a continuing legal education (CLE) initiative, which will see up to 30-40 of its fee-earners, as well as in-house lawyers and clients take two to three full-day practical in-depth courses on specific areas of law.
