I know that as a fresher I'm not of much value to a firm. But the only thing that I can guarantee about myself is that I'm dedicated and a hard worker. I will get the job done even if it requires me to be awake for 48 hours, as I have before.
All I ask for is a 5 LPA job in, and I will work day and night for it if required. I will say goodbye to sleep. I am extremely desperate for employment right now and I don't know what to do.
I just want some money to pay my rent and send back home. Why is it too much to ask for. Are we still in a recession? Has AI started taking legal jobs too? Are there no capital markets in India anymore? Why? I've spent every ounce of my energy in the internships to show I'm valuable. Apart from internships, publications, what else do firms expect me to do man? ▮▮▮ . I'm sorry for this rant, but I'm at the verge of taking a loan to buy an auto. Speaking of which, I can't even even do that since I already have a loan LMAO🥳🥳🥳
I am a graduate of 2023, living in Bangalore, and life has not treated me so well. I have tried everything from 6 months of assessment internships to sending dms, cold emails to partners of corporate law firm. None were of any use whatsoever.
I am a competitive person. In my internships, I made sure I provided the most amount of value. However, the partner decided to cost-cut instead and used me as cheap labour. Fuck it, you give me a SaaS agreement or a Shareholders Agreement right now, I'll make a whole draft from scratch just to show you that I have genuine skills.
But everything feels so gloomy now. I feel like quitting and becoming a delivery guy instead. It'd atleast they'd pay double the amount
Let me try once again.

Thank you.
I have tried everything from sending dms to partners to sending emails to legal teams of companies, but no results. Everyone wants someone with an experience of 2 years. I am competent and a hard worker. I am skilled at Redlining and drafting investment contracts, and I've pulled many all nighters for that work in my previous internship. But I really don't know what to do anymore. I just want a chance to prove myself.
A few days ago I had a major financial loss and now I am struggling to pay my rent for next month. This has taken a big toll on my mental health.
