I don't think it's true I think the pay is around 50-60k
The pay is around 35k–40k, and the workload is quite heavy. If you compare the effort you're expected to put in with the compensation, it's quite low from a monetary perspective. They used to pay around ₹50k earlier, but that's just what I've heard from several people.

The work culture is decent, but the pay is very poor. The recruitment policy is such that if you work as an intern for a long time, there is a chance of being hired, but even then, there is no certainty.
