three students were coming back to the campus at night, maybe ▮▮▮
Now I'm not sure about this, but either hit a dark parked vehicle, and after the incident a passing by truck ran over one of the students, which(parking without any indication in the dark on a road) is a very heinous act, it's certain to have resulted in an accident, if that were the case you couldn't blame anything on the students.
2- they had an accident with a truck, now, if that were the case and it was due to serious lack of control on the driver's part, the other two people wouldn't have survived either, overall it most likely was just a really unfortunate unavoidable accident most likely, however, the cops blamed it on the victim ▮▮▮ instead of taking note of the lack of infrastructure or considering it a road accident. Either way the police definitely tried to play a false narrative to not get the mentioned issues highlighted, blackmailing if you may, but let's first get a very clear picture from someone who actually knows what happened, then we'll be certain of these inferences.
