Dear Alumni,
Greetings from JGU.
This is a gentle reminder regarding the transition to the dedicated JGU Alumni Account system, which will take effect on Thursday, 10 March 2026.
As communicated by the Office of IT Services, while the existing “postjgu” email address will remain active for receiving emails, associated Microsoft services such as OneDrive, Teams, and other applications will no longer be accessible after the transition. The alumni mailbox will have a quota of 1 GB, with a 30-day email retention policy.
Action required by Monday, 09 March 2026:
- Back up any important files stored on OneDrive
- Save or download emails you wish to retain
- Ensure that your alternate personal email address is updated with us
We strongly encourage you to complete these steps before the deadline to avoid any loss of data or disruption.
