i was about to write the same, from outside it seems that they are not biased ( they are not) but getting into the chambers in ( in law what we say rarest of rare)

a one or two is always exception but in 90% chance you need high level of juggad.
No salary, but plenty in terms of learning and experience
No drafting, filing, or client interaction when working with senior advocates. Not advisable to join them as freshers.
No NLU bias in terms of pay but impossible to get in unless you’re supremely connected. Sibals in general don’t hire fresher’s.
