We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

I miss Aparna who used to back juniors. With her gone, we are left with toothless partners.
The poor senior management guy and the partner who were explained how engagement letters are to be sent out with the the entire firm marked was so unwarranted.
This guy needs to learn some manners
SAM is such a clown about mental health- we receive random mails about tutorials on doing Yoga and Meditation from our fucking desks. Have also heard about them reaching out to the professionals at Amaha, which is why most people refrain from using it due to privacy concerns.
โฎโฎโฎ. Just thriving in the Amarchand legacy
Last to last month, when Gurgaon and Delhi were severely waterlogged and it was raining torrentially, the admin team sent an advisory email asking people to consider leaving early (if partners approved) to avoid getting stuck in traffic. (Yes it was that week only when there were reports of a 7-hour traffic jam in Gurgaon).
Right after that email, we got one from SSS saying, โWhere is it raining? Send me pictures of Modi Hill and Golf Course Road.โ Likeโฆ dude, have some empathy. Not long after, another admin email followed saying โconditions are now betterโ and that everyone should continue working from the office.
SAM loves to put up a front about mental health, with one of the familyโs art connoisseurs publicly advocating for it. But let us be honest things like Amaha tie-ups or the December mental health break mean nothing if you are willing to jeopardise our safety just to keep us in office.
This side of the story deserves to come out too.
