40K a month on fitness and personal trainer
20K on groceries
10K a month on savings
10K a month on maid and OTT subscriptions (seems less for a maid, but the 40K for fitness balances it out)
13K a month on eating out (maybe a bit less)
3.5L a month on travel
1 L a month on cabs, grooming and savings
The 3.5L a month on travel is obviously a big expense, as this couple goes on 2 international and 2 domestic trips a year. But even if you exclude that it's still 2.5L a month. So is that the amount needed for a basic upper-middle class life, with some modest savings? Thus, accounting for income tax, a salary of 9-10 L a month for two people and maybe 5-6 L a month for 1 person?
