I don't think that's what "degenerate junkie" refers to though. Nothing wrong with partaking with weed, it is an issue when it's all you do in life and trouble others by consistently doing it in shared spaces and spreading filth.
Please read S.8 (c), S.16, NDPS Act, 1985. Under S.37 (1)(a) of Act, all offences are cognizable. By virtue of Lalita Kumari v. Govt of UP [2013] GCtR 210 (SC), information about cognizable offence is enough to register FIR.
The same โ€˜coolโ€™ druggies will dare not attempt it in Singapore. Theyโ€™re cowards who justify that drugs are safe. Drugs are dangerous and itโ€™s honestly scary that folks treat drugs like Gems.
I mean sure but there's plenty with backs, year losses, mental health issues as a consequence, etc.
a lot of weed and drug abusers in their college days are now extremely successful managing partners, senior lawyers etc.. If you want to compete you should be happy its with degenerate junkies, but pls do take note, these junkies can get very successful, i know so many!
Great read, I especially liked the focus on environmental factors that enable such behaviours.

I just don't see how this can be implemented in colleges without the admin really cracking down.
Thank you, but it is exhausting and demotivating to work hard to come to a top tier institution only to be surrounded by this kind of behaviour.

Is it like this everywhere or is my university an exception?
To hell with enforcement. The war on drugs has always been a failure.
Just stay clear of it bro. You know you are going to end up doing better than them anyway.
