However, SC expects stray dogs to understand and follow guidelines for feedings them at designated places.
Feeding the dogs is a Self defence mechanism for humans to keep the dogs calm, else they would attack more if they starve.
One needs to understand that dogs have designated areas and cannot venture beyond that limit, else they would be attacked by dogs of other areas.
Also, if designated places are to be created, should the dogs starve till such places are designated? This needs to be addressed.
