1. The problem with Gen Z is its only when you work with them, you realise is it a typical gen Z kid or not. By and large, the typicality is generally found and very few are exceptions. So initially, you're bound to be painted by the same brush, till you prove yourself. I've few gen Z team members and they've been superb folks. I started without any preconceived notions and just looked at overall work and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, which was better than I expected.
2. I liked your post and you affirmed my thoughts, but 'grow up kiddo'? Isn't it disrespectful and also presumptuous on your part to imagine the person is younger to you? And no, I'm not the person to whom you replied.
Struggle sirf STEM me hota hai.
Not even in CA, as CA is a distance learning certificate course.
I have no problem with people living their life to the fullest or celebrating their personal milestone or achievements. As I mentioned earlier, every degree has its own value and importance.
The point is "overdramatization" for just a stepping stone and that to with ease, with no pressure, no sacrifices, nothing!!

Also, you're genuinely delusional if you think a B.A. LL.B is: (a) harder to get into than a good-quality B. Tech and/or (b) harder to survive than an MBBS.
In the end, we know who will win, who is more liked etc.
What bothered me was how this narrative overshadowed the quiet struggles of countless CA aspirants, IITians, MBA, CFA, CS, Law students, and others who are genuinely hustling, juggling intense coursework, night jobs, and real-life pressures. They live out that struggle silently, without any hype or overdramatization.
But I also remind myself: not every Gen Z kid is an attention seeker. Our generation faces real battles, mental health, financial stress, social anxieties, peer/family pressure and the constant push to keep up. Unfortunately, a few flashy voices paint us all with one brush, fostering the stereotype that Gen Z is entitled or dramatic. That’s simply unfair.
So, to older generations/old school people: please look deeper before judging any Gen Z kid. Many of us are working hard and quietly. And to my peers: celebrate your wins, but let’s not inflate the ordinary or dilute the meaning of grit with too much drama.
Yes, I’m a Gen Z kid but I’m not that Gen Z kid.
