AZB equity works, or worked at least in 2013, as follows: ZJM had ~80%, BNV ~9%, AJ had 3-4% and the residual remainder was split between the then existing equity partners (Darshika, Kalpana etc). The partnership deed was on common drive 'G' as it was called then, for all and sundry to see.
