1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.

1. Supreme Court's stance on CLAT 2025 challenge it's still sub-judice
2. Oral observations by Bench that 3 years practice requirement is needed
3. Recent orders by the Supreme Court staying civil judge recruitment in few States and more States following suit
4. Submissions by States
It's highly likely that 3 year practice requirement would be imposed from this year. Even if it is allowed this year, as a caveat, please do understand that judicial recruitments in some States take a lot of time even after the results.
This is mostly due to litigation challenges.
Better to go back to practice, have financial backing and write the District Judge exam or do international/domestic arbitration and get appointed directly to the Bench like SAM Partner Tejas Karia.
