Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
yes some solid and uniform issues are pollution, lack of safety, and people being rude because everyone only looks out for them in this city.
and some solid pros are the food, greenery/parks, legal world being gigantic here, etc.
BUT these things dont affect your day-to-day that much, that will still depend on whether u like ur job, if u are financially stable in the city to enjoy its perks, and whether you have friends/family in the city. a person's actual reality is affected a lot more by their job, colleagues, boss, and their social life (friends, partner, flatmates), etc.
for eg- how bad is the traffic? depends on your commute. how unsafe is the city at night? varies depending on the area and where you are (a house party or the road). people being rude? sure you might encounter rude strangers, esp if u drive, but most people you meet in law/social circles, super friendly and welcoming. delhi is a rare city where people from different states and of different languages are welcomed.
Also, another con. People are a lot less diverse. You will find people who have migrated from other parts of India. In general the localities aren't a treat to talk or be with.
1) Good exposure to litigation work, and increasingly, even corporate, real estate, and energy law.
2) Very friendly and helpful people, with a large heart. By and large honest and straight forward people who do not beat around the bush when something needs to be said.
3) Low cost of living when compared to Bangalore and Bombay.
4) Hindi being the only language really spoken around (except for a bit of Punjabi and Haryanvi), so language is not an issue, as long as one can speak Hindi.
Cons:
1) Very bad weather for 9 out of 12 months (it seems like the summer never ends, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on all day during summers, and not just at nights). Surprisingly very humid weather in the last two years at least, during summers, humidity almost as bad as Bombay.
2) High levels of pollution.
3) Unsafe at night, at least in certain areas. Been told that East Delhi in particular gets super unsafe during the night. Have also been advised not to venture out even in South Delhi though after 10-11 at night.

Reverse all of this for Mumbai and then decide
1. The standard of living is low to moderate, and it is very good to start a career with peanuts salary.
2. Lots of opportunities in the field of Law.
3. Good food (if you know how to discover)
4. It is not as fast-paced as Bombay, which negates the feeling of robotic and mechanical life to some extent.
5. Best metro services (compared to others in India) - good connectivity
Cons:
1. Unsafe at night (Both for men and women). At night, Delhi turns into some kind of nightmarish purge session realm.
2. Entitled and ignorant crowd - They have the potential to make things difficult on a daily basis.
3. Peak pollution - long-term health problems
4. Extreme weather - be it summer or winter. Rain cripples the whole Delhi and the NCR.
5. Working pals in Bombay and Delhi are so poles apart. The Delhi folks can be, at times, entitled and inconsiderate. Bombay folks are majorly humble and quite helpful.
Cons: rude people (and from what i have heard, not professional and not a safe city)
